Returns & exchanges

• Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened or used perfumes can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
• Arrived damaged or wrong? Message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it free.
• Refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 days of us receiving the bottle.
